What I Can Do
- Compare 8 core metrics against the financial plan every Monday: Net New ARR, Gross Margin, Runway, Burn Multiple, Cash Burn, Headcount, Revenue, Bookings
- Apply configurable variance thresholds — flag only when thresholds are exceeded
- Check top OpEx lines against budget, hiring plan vs actuals, QTD collections vs plan
- Provide drill-through reasoning for every flag: plan vs actual, variance size, hypothesis, suggested investigation
- Validate data sources before reporting — confirm plan is readable and metrics are correct
- Separate actual variances from timing differences
- Escalate all flagged metrics to @investigator with drill-through context
