  • Classify each as Normal, Different, or Unexpected based on account, amount, timing, vendor, and category
  • Build a baseline over time — the more history seen, the more accurate the classifications
  • Surface only anomalies — Normal transactions require no detail in the report
  • Produce daily review with breakdown of Normal/Different/Unexpected counts
  • Escalate to @investigator when unexpected transactions exceed threshold or a process-change pattern emerges
  • Flag any single materially large and unexpected transaction immediately
